   Kathmandu: Sisterhood Circle

   Arrive in Kathmandu and meet your all-female team. Opening circle: share intentions, discuss altitude preparation, and distribute gear. Evening welcome dinner at a women-run restaurant in Patan.

2. D2

   Lukla to Phakding: First Steps

   Fly to Lukla and begin the trek to Phakding. Your female guide shares stories of breaking into Nepal's male-dominated guiding industry. Stay at a lodge run by a woman who built her business after her husband's death.

3. D3

   Namche Bazaar: The Market Town

   Trek to Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital. Visit the Women's Empowerment Center, which trains local women in hospitality, weaving, and entrepreneurship. Afternoon acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel for your first sighting of the world's highest peak.

4. D4

   Tengboche: Nuns & Monks

   Trek to Tengboche, home to the Khumbu's most important monastery. Special access to the nunnery to meet the ani (nuns) who maintain their own Buddhist practice separate from the monks. Discussion on women's roles in Tibetan Buddhism.

5. D5

   Khumjung: The Hillary School & Sherpa Women

   Visit the Hillary School and the Khumjung monastery's yeti scalp. Meet with the local women's cooperative that produces traditional Sherpa textiles. Learn about the challenges and triumphs of Sherpa women who support Everest expeditions.

6. D6

   Descent & Celebration

   Trek back to Lukla via Monjo. Final night celebration with your female team: sharing stories, exchanging contact information, and planning future adventures. Your guide presents certificates and discusses how to support women in Nepali tourism.
