Day-by-day itinerary

1. D1

   Rishikesh: Yoga Foundations

   Arrive in Rishikesh and settle into a women-friendly ashram. Five days of daily yoga, pranayama, and meditation with female teachers. Visit the Beatles Ashram, attend Ganga aarti, and learn about the different yoga lineages. Safety briefing for solo women in spiritual spaces.

2. D2

   Varanasi: Sacred Rituals

   Travel to Varanasi. Morning boat ride on the Ganges with your female guide explaining the rituals. Witness cremation ceremonies from an appropriate distance with cultural context. Evening aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Stay in a women-run heritage guesthouse.

3. D3

   Sarnath: Where Buddha First Taught

   Day trip to Sarnath, where the Buddha delivered his first sermon. Meditation under the Bodhi tree descendant. Visit the Sarnath Museum to see the iconic Lion Capital. Discussion on the role of women in early Buddhism with a female scholar.

4. D4

   Bodhgaya: Under the Bodhi Tree

   Travel to Bodhgaya, the site of the Buddha's enlightenment. Stay in a Tibetan nunnery guesthouse. Daily meditation sessions in the Mahabodhi Temple complex. Visit the Thai, Japanese, and Burmese monasteries. Private teaching with a female Tibetan Buddhist teacher.

5. D5

   Integration & Departure

   Final day of integration: journaling, creating a personal spiritual practice plan, and group sharing circle. Transfer to Gaya airport or Patna railway station for departure.
