1. D1

   Day 1: Ashram Orientation

   Arrive at Swami Dayananda Ashram, receive orientation to ashram discipline, attend evening temple puja and satsang introducing the vision of the Upanishads.

2. D2

   Day 2: Vedanta Text Study

   Morning Vedanta class on Tattvabodha or Atma Bodha, Sanskrit session on Paninian grammar, afternoon Bhagavad Gita chanting, and evening meditation.

3. D3

   Day 3: Ganga & Integration

   Early morning Ganga snan and meditation on the riverbank, continued study of Vedantic texts, karma yoga (seva), and evening Q&A satsang with the ashram acharyas.
