   Day 1: Arrival & Orientation Walk

   Arrive in the Kathmandu valley, check in to forest cottages, and take an orientation nature walk through the Nagarjun hills.

   Day 2–6: Dynamic Meditation, Kundalini & Discourses

   Follow a structured daily schedule of dynamic meditation, kundalini, yoga, evening discourses, and optional Reiki therapy.

   Day 7: Closing Ceremony & Departure

   Participate in the final group celebration, receive guidance for home practice, and checkout after breakfast.
