   Kathmandu Valley UNESCO sites

   Spend two full days exploring Kathmandu's UNESCO sites: Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, and the three Durbar Squares. Visit the Kumari, Nepal's Living Goddess. Walk through ancient bazaars and learn about Newari craftsmanship. Each evening, enjoy traditional Nepali cuisine with cultural dance performances.

2. D2

   Pokhara lakes and mountain views

   Drive or fly to Pokhara. Take a boat across Phewa Lake to the Tal Barahi Temple. Visit the World Peace Pagoda for panoramic Himalayan views. Explore Davis Falls and the Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave. Early morning drive to Sarangkot for a spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna range reflected in the lake below.

   Lumbini pilgrimage and return

   Fly to Bhairahawa and visit the Sacred Garden of Lumbini. Walk through the monastic zone with its stunning international temples. Meditate under ancient bodhi trees at the Maya Devi Temple. Visit the Ashoka Pillar and the eternal flame of peace. Return to Kathmandu with a deeper understanding of Nepal's living spiritual heritage.
