Day-by-day itinerary

1. D1

   Day 1: Arrival at the Golden Temple

   Check into guest quarters within the monastery complex, receive a traditional khata welcome, and attend the evening puja with horns, cymbals, and chanting.

   Day 2–4: Study & Monastic Life

   Attend introductory classes on Nyingma philosophy, observe monks engaged in rigorous debate, practice silent meditation in the temple, and join communal meals.

   Day 5: Tibetan Culture & Crafts

   Explore the monastery's museum and thangka painting workshops, visit nearby Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement markets, and enjoy a traditional Tibetan dinner.

   Day 6: Closing Ceremony & Departure

   Morning group meditation, receive blessings from a senior monk, and depart with a commemorative prayer wheel and study materials.
