Day-by-day itinerary

1. D1

   Arrival & Dosha Diagnosis

   Arrive at your Ayurvedic center. Comprehensive consultation with the chief vaidya including pulse diagnosis (nadi pariksha), tongue examination, and detailed health history. Your personalized treatment plan is designed based on your prakriti (innate constitution) and vikriti (current imbalance).

2. D2

   Purvakarma: Snehana & Swedana

   Days 2-5: Preparatory phase. Daily abhyanga (full-body oil massage) with medicated oils selected for your dosha. Pizhichil (warm oil stream massage) for vata, patra pinda sweda (herbal bolus massage) for kapha, or elakizhi for pitta. Evening herbal steam baths (swedana) to open channels.

3. D3

   Panchakarma: Main Procedures

   Days 6-10: The five eliminative procedures, administered based on your condition. Virechana (therapeutic purgation) for pitta excess, basti (medicated enema) for vata, vamana (therapeutic vomiting) for kapha, nasya (nasal cleansing) for head disorders, and raktamokshana (bloodletting) for blood-related conditions. Each procedure is preceded by preparatory rituals and followed by strict dietary regulation.

4. D4

   Paschatkarma: Rejuvenation

   Days 11-13: Rebuilding phase. Rasayana (rejuvenative) therapies including medicated ghee, herbal jams (chyawanprash), and specialized diet. Daily yoga and pranayama tailored to your post-treatment condition. Abhyanga continues at reduced frequency.

5. D5

   Integration & Departure

   Final consultation with the vaidya to review your progress and receive a personalized diet and lifestyle plan for maintaining the benefits at home. Shopping for authentic Ayurvedic medicines at the center's pharmacy. Departure with a 3-month follow-up consultation included.
