Day-by-day itinerary

1. D1

   Kathmandu: Gear & Theory

   Arrive in Kathmandu for gear check and theory session: exposure triangle for snow, filter use for mountain skies, and ethical approaches to photographing religious subjects. Evening blue-hour shoot at Boudhanath Stupa.

2. D2

   Pokhara & Phewa Lake Reflections

   Fly to Pokhara. Afternoon workshop on reflection photography at Phewa Lake with the Annapurna range as backdrop. Learn to balance exposure between bright snow peaks and dark water.

3. D3

   Ghorepani & Poon Hill Sunrise

   Trek to Ghorepani. Pre-dawn ascent to Poon Hill (3,210m) for the classic Annapurna sunrise. Workshop on high-altitude golden hour photography, bracketing for HDR, and managing condensation on cold lenses.

4. D4

   Tadapani to Chhomrong: Forest & Village

   Trek through rhododendron forest (spectacular in March-April). Learn macro photography of Himalayan flora and environmental portraiture in Gurung villages. Critique session in the evening.

5. D5

   Annapurna Base Camp: The Sanctuary

   Reach Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m). Workshop on extreme altitude photography — battery management in cold, dealing with UV haze, and capturing the 360-degree amphitheater of peaks. Astro-photography session after dark.

6. D6

   Bamboo to Jhinu: Waterfalls & Hot Springs

   Descend through bamboo forest with workshop on waterfall long-exposure techniques using ND filters. Evening soak in Jhinu hot springs and review of the week's best images.

7. D7

   Return to Pokhara & Editing Workshop

   Return to Pokhara for a full-day Lightroom/Photoshop editing workshop. Learn to bring out texture in snow, enhance Himalayan blues, and create a cohesive series. Farewell exhibition dinner where each photographer presents their best 5 images.
