1. D1

   Kathmandu: Arrival & Boudhanath

   Arrive with full airport assistance. Transfer to a comfortable hotel near Boudhanath. Evening gentle kora (circumambulation) of the stupa at your own pace, followed by group meditation led by your Buddhist chaplain.

2. D2

   Swayambhunath & Kopan Monastery

   Morning visit to Swayambhunath (vehicle access to upper level available, minimal stairs). Afternoon visit to Kopan Monastery for a private Dharma talk with a senior monk — seated in comfortable chairs with tea service.

3. D3

   Fly to Lumbini: The Sacred Garden

   Fly to Bhairahawa and transfer to Lumbini. Stay in a comfortable garden resort. Evening meditation at the Pushkarini Pond as the sun sets over the monastic zone.

4. D4

   Lumbini: Buddha's Birthplace

   Full day in the Lumbini sacred garden. Visit Maya Devi Temple (fully accessible), the Ashoka Pillar, and monasteries from different Buddhist traditions — all connected by paved paths suitable for wheelchairs and walkers. Extended meditation time at the birth spot.

5. D5

   Lumbini to Pokhara

   Drive to Pokhara (4 hours with frequent stops). Stay in a lakeside hotel with gardens and mountain views. Afternoon rest and optional gentle boat ride on Phewa Lake.

   Pokhara: Peace Pagoda & Departure

   Morning visit to the World Peace Pagoda via accessible road. Final group meditation and dedication of merit. Transfer to Pokhara airport for your flight to Kathmandu and onward journey.
