1. D1

   Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

   Welcome to Nepal. Transfer to your hotel and attend a pre-trek briefing.

   Day 2: Fly to Lukla & trek to Phakding

   Scenic morning flight to Lukla (2,840 m) followed by a gentle downhill walk to Phakding.

3. D3

   Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar

   Cross suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi and ascend to the bustling Sherpa capital of Namche.

4. D4

   Day 4: Acclimatization in Namche

   Hike to the Everest View Hotel for your first glimpse of Everest, then explore the local markets.

5. D5

   Day 5: Namche to Tengboche

   Trek through rhododendron forests to Tengboche, home to the region's most important monastery.

6. D6

   Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche

   Descend to the Imja Khola and climb steadily to the stone-walled fields of Dingboche.

7. D7

   Day 7: Acclimatization in Dingboche

   Hike to Nagarjun Hill for panoramic views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Makalu.

8. D8

   Day 8: Dingboche to Lobuche

   Follow the moraine of the Khumbu Glacier, passing memorials to fallen climbers, to reach Lobuche.

9. D9

   Day 9: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp & Gorak Shep

   Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) amid the Khumbu Icefall, then return to Gorak Shep.

10. D10

    Day 10: Kala Patthar & descend to Pheriche

    Early morning ascent of Kala Patthar (5,545 m) for sunrise over Everest, then descend to Pheriche.

11. D11

    Day 11: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

    Retrace your steps through Tengboche and back to the lively trails of Namche.

12. D12

    Day 12: Namche to Lukla

    A long descent through Monjo and Phakding to Lukla, celebrating the end of the trek.

13. D13

    Day 13: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu

    Morning flight back to Kathmandu with the rest of the day at leisure.
