   Kathmandu: Arrival & Palace Welcome

   VIP airport reception with traditional welcome. Check into a heritage palace hotel in Kathmandu. Evening welcome dinner in a Durbar Square courtyard with cultural performance. Distribution of customized retreat materials.

   Conference Day: Heritage Setting

   Full-day conference in a heritage hotel's business center with AV equipment, translation services, and Himalayan views. Morning session: strategic planning. Afternoon breakout sessions in garden pavilions. Evening team dinner with Nepali folk music.

3. D3

   Nagarkot: Team Building at Altitude

   Transfer to Nagarkot for team-building activities: sunrise hike (optional), rope course, trust exercises with Himalayan views, and group meditation. Evening bonfire with storytelling and reflection.

   Pokhara: Incentive & Adventure

   Fly to Pokhara for incentive activities: paragliding (optional), boat race on Phewa Lake, or spa treatments. Afternoon strategic session in a lakeside pavilion. Farewell gala dinner with awards and recognition.

   Departure & Follow-Up

   Return to Kathmandu. Final breakfast and group photo with the Himalayas. Airport transfers with gift bags of Nepali crafts and teas. Post-retreat follow-up plan including photo album and video highlights.
