   Jorhat: Tea Capital Arrival

   Fly to Jorhat, the tea capital of Assam. Transfer to a heritage tea bungalow on a working estate. Evening plantation walk and introduction to Assam tea history — how the British discovered wild tea plants here in 1823.

   Tea Factory & Tasting

   Full-day immersion in tea processing: withering, rolling, CTC (cut-tear-curl) method, and orthodox processing. Understand why Assam tea is the backbone of English Breakfast and Indian chai. Professional tasting of different grades: SFTGFOP, BOP, and dust.

   Tea Workers & Assamese Culture

   Visit workers' quarters and meet the women who pluck 20+ kilograms of leaves daily. Learn about the history of labor on Assam's tea estates. Afternoon cooking class in Assamese cuisine: khar, masor tenga, and pitha. Evening Bihu dance performance.

   Kaziranga: Rhino Land

   Drive to Kaziranga National Park. Afternoon jeep safari in the Central Range, home to the world's densest population of one-horned rhinos. Your naturalist guide explains the park's conservation success story.

   Kaziranga: Elephant Safari & Birding

   Morning elephant-back safari for close-up rhino encounters. Afternoon birdwatching: Kaziranga's 500+ species include the greater adjutant stork, Bengal florican, and Pallas's fish eagle. Evening at the lodge with tea-infused cocktails.
