Day-by-day itinerary

1. D1

   Arrive Kathmandu, drive prep

   Land at Tribhuvan, hotel check-in at Thamel. Evening briefing and gear check for the hills.

2. D2

   Kathmandu → Pokhara

   Morning tourist bus along the Trishuli river. Lakeside walk and boat ride by sunset.

3. D3

   Pokhara → Ghandruk

   Drive to Kimche, trek 3 hrs to Ghandruk village. Gurung museum and millet dinner.

   Village homestay, Ghandruk Breakfast + Dinner

4. D4

   Poon Hill sunrise → Pokhara

   4 AM start for the Annapurna sunrise panorama. Back down, drive to Pokhara by evening.

   Peace Pagoda + fly home

   Sunrise boating, World Peace Pagoda viewpoint, afternoon flight back to KTM.
